We, Istvan and Margaret, work as complementary therapists (massage, Reflexology, Bio-energy therapy and Reiki) with people suffering from a wide range of illnesses, aches and pains, helping them in releasing the everyday stress and alleviating the symptoms of many conditions.

Our lives' purpose is to help people find their paths towards a wonderful life, knowing only health, light and laughter.

We treat everybody with genuine love and care, dedicating ourselves to our work that is also a big part of our lives.

In my thirty something years of life has tested me with many fortunate and unfortunate events, and I'm grateful for all of them. Amongst many other things I've seen my mother pass on at an early age and the shock of loosing her, made a radical turn in my life. From then on I have learned that human beings experience much more that they are conscious of. I've realised that we are much more than our physical bodies and that what's really important is hidden from the eyes, to quote Antoine de Saint-Exupery.

From then on for me reality looked very different then it used to, I've started seeing things which later on it turned out to be our aura, the chakras (key energy points of the body) and even organs within the body. I've become frightened and confused, thought I might be loosing my mind when I've realised that I can hear people's thoughts, but just in time help was on its way from my spiritual guide, Teébius who started answering my questions. A time of discoveries followed...

I got help from people as well and as time passed I grew to love my extra-sensory abilities.

After helping a lot of friends and my family, people started to know about me and came to see me for different problems, with lots of questions, which I have tried to attend and answer to.

Thanks to them I have realised that I can heal with my hands (Bio-energy) and times of meditation, adventure, fear and bliss followed...

Doing what I do it's just natural for me and I am happy to be myself. I hope it is contagious.

After many years of search for personal fulfilment I have met my husband, Istvan, and together we are on a quest in Edinburgh to meet new people and bring light and laughter in their lives.

We live in Deva, Romania and moving to Edinburgh and not to some other place has its very personal and spiritual reasons and is also part of our destiny.

My formal qualifications include a Advanced Reflexology Diploma from the School of Natural Health Sciences - London, and I am a Reiki master. Guided by my spiritual guide, Teébius and other spiritual guides I have developed my personal methods of treating with bio-energy. My extra-sensorial abilities (ESPs) helped me in developing my skills in the spiritually guided Holistic Counseling work, entering deep into the psyche, consciousness, mind and soul of man and women confronted with problems of their present or previous lives. For ten very special years I've worked with children as a kinder garden teacher and have learned what the word Joy means when I used to watch them playing.

I represent the Green Light in the home of the Flying Butterflies. This is the light that treats and heals. Reflexology, Bio-energy therapy, Reiki and spiritually guided Holistic Counseling are all treatments that treat people by considering the human being as a whole system made up of the mind, body, soul, psyche and consciousness.

My fascination with complementary therapies started only when I realised that I am more than my body and my thoughts. Looking back this looks as if it had happened naturally, as a step up on the ladder of self improvement but in reality I have lived a deep transformation of my Self and it changed my life forever.

It has begun with me taking on a Swedish massage course and from then on I slowly started to become more sensitive to touch and subtle energies. A long series of discoveries followed when I obsessively started searching for the answers to life's biggest questions: Who am I? What is my purpose in my life on this planet? Answers came from people like Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra and many others who had taught me what is Happiness and Freedom.

The path I took had led me to people of similar interests from around the world. The opportunity to work as a massage therapist on board a luxury cruise ship pushed me forward in my determination to open my own practice and finally it happened.

Prayers had brought beside me the woman I wished for, Margaret, to be my one and only. Together we are the Flying Butterflies forming a sphere of Love, Compassion and Understanding.

My formal qualification include a VTCT Level 3 qualification in Swedish massage from the "Newcastle College" - Newcastle upon Tyne, two Certificates of Excellence from Steiner Training Academy, London (associated with "Elemis spa - therapy") in AromaStone (Hot Stones massage) and in AromaSpa (seaweed bodywrapping), Reiki master diploma and a Bachelor degree in Business Management from the "Western University" in Timisoara, Romania. Through my experience on a cruise liner with Steiner Transocean Ltd. as a consultant in the field of natural medicine and as a massage therapist, I have gained communication, social, organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt to multicultural environments. I use my skills, knowledge and intuition to give you the best service and treatment that you deserve.

I represent the Blue Light in the home of the Flying Butterflies. This is the light that treats and brings about change and transformation from within.

The therapeutic effects on people of Hot Stones, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Reiki energy massage represent a push from outside to unleash the creative energies that lie dormant within each of us. These awakened energies follow our thoughts, dreams and feelings.
